COVID-19 Information

Hawkins School of Highland Dance does not require face coverings; however, we strongly encourage that all dancers take proper precautions such as sanitizing hands after class to help stop the spread of any sicknesses.

Dancers should stay home from class if they are sick or feel unwell. If a dancer has been exposed to someone who has COVID-19 or has shown symptoms of it, they must stay home from class until the quarantine period is over and symptoms are gone in order to ensure the safety of other dancers. After quarantining, it is advised that dancers take extra precautions while at the studio to keep other dancers safe. Dancers should inform Miss Kasey if they will be absent from a class.

Parents must acknowledge that by attending physical classes at HSHD, they voluntarily assume the risk that their child may acquire COVID-19, and that COVID-19 may subsequently be transmitted their child to them and the members of their household.
